BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - The NCAA announced on Thursday, March 12 that all winter championships, including the Division II Indoor Track & Field Championships, have been canceled. The track & field championships were scheduled to take place on Friday and Saturday.

Fourteen Blue Tigers had qualified for the NCAA Division II Indoor Championships, and the Lincoln men's track & field team was ranked No. 1 in the country while the LU women were ranked No. 2.

From the LU men's team, Ryan Brown and Kizan David are currently ranked No. 1 and No. 3 in the nation in the long jump while, in the triple jump, Ryan Brown, David and Salif Mane have the country's three longest distances. On the women's side, Rene Medley led Division II in both the 60m and the 200m.
