SMYRNA, Tenn. - The Lincoln bowling team closed the 2018-19 regular season this past weekend by taking 29th at the Music City Classic, hosted by Vanderbilt University on March 15-17.

Nina Theroff led the Blue Tigers with an average of 184.0 pins, posting a single-game high of 244. Theroff eclipsed the 190 pin mark in three of her five traditional matches.

Chyann Taylor bowled a high of 199 and averaged 163.8 pins for the tourney, while DeAsia Britton was next with an average of 158.2 pins and a high of 188. DaiMone Lewis, meanwhile, averaged 155.0 pins for the tournament and posted a game-high score of 175.

Cally Vandegriffe represented Lincoln on the lanes in three matches, and had a high score of 147 in her final match. Betsy Britt bowled in the final two matches and had a high score of 100.

Lincoln next travels to Springfield, Mo. for the 2019 MIAA Bowling Championship this weekend (March 22-23).
