Final Results
FULTON, Mo. - The Lincoln men's golf team finished seventh out of 17 teams at the WWU Spring Invitational, hosted by William Woods University at Tanglewood Golf Course on Monday and Tuesday (March 31-April 1).

Two Blue Tigers finished in the top-10, including Henry Mwanza, who shot a 144 to place third overall. Mwanza opened the tourney with a 71 before shooting a 73 in the second and final round. Nico Tovar Cardona, meanwhile, tied for fifth after putting together scores of 70 and 76 for a final sum of 146.

Blake Meredith posted LU's next-lowest total of 154, as he shot a 74 in the first round before carding an 80 in the second. Jett Maasen finished the tournament with a sum of 159, shooting 18-hole scores of 79 and 80. Alejandro Tovar Cardona rounded out Lincoln by shooting scores of 82 and 81 for a final total of 163.

Lincoln will next play in the UHSP Spring Invitational at Gateway National Club in Madison, Ill. next Monday and Tuesday (April 7-8).
