Final Results
SMITHVILLE, Mo. - The Lincoln women's golf team shot a 975 to place seventh at the Kansas City Cup, hosted by William Jewell College at Paradise Pointe Golf Complex on Monday and Tuesday (Sept. 23-24).

Divya Gunasegar had Lincoln's lowest score of 241 at the two-day, three-round tournament, tying her for 14th overall. She opened the tournament with an 82, carded a 78 in the second round and closed the tournament with an 81.

Maria Villamil was next on the individual leaderboard, tying for 16th with a three-round total of 242. Villamil shot an 83 to open the tourney before carding scores of 79 and 80, respectively, in the final two rounds. Elliott Hull, meanwhile, tied for 23rd with a sum of 244 after shooting scores of 83, 81 and 80.

Kaathi Gunasegar finished in a tie for 31st after shooting a 248 for the tournament with individual round scores of 83, 79 and 86. Miljojka Gojkovic closed out the Blue Tigers with a final score of 283 after carding individual round scores of 94, 99 and 90.

The Blue Tigers will be back on the links in two weeks to play in the Flyers Fall Invitational, which will be held at Cog Hill Golf & Country Club in Lemont, Ill. on Oct. 7-8.
