Final Results
COLUMBIA, Mo. - The Lincoln cross country team closed its regular season on Saturday (Oct. 12) by running in the Brian T. Simpson Invitational, hosted by the University of Missouri-St. Louis at Gans Creek Cross Country Course.

Maria Diamond led the Blue Tigers at the 5k race with a time of 20:42.49 while Shaneal Clarke Giddings was next with a time of 21:17.40. Britney Brown clocked in at 22:01.02, Shevanae Thomas finished in 22:21.40 and Odeshia Nanton timed in at 23:09.95. 

Nattesha Palmer ended the race with a time of 25:56.96 while Namibia Clavier clocked in at 26:18.26. Denita Jackson finished with a mark of 26:56.01 and Deschanique Douglas rounded out the Blue Tigers with a time of 29:12.21.

Up next for the Blue Tigers is the GLVC Championship race, which will be held in Springfield, Ill. on Oct. 26.
