COLUMBIA, Mo. - The Lincoln cross country team finished in 15th with 392 points after completing its first 6k race of 2023, the Gans Creek Classic, hosted by the University of Missouri on Friday (Sept. 29).
Maria Diamond led the Blue Tigers with a time of 24:48.5 to finish 46th in the scoring while Doreen Ochangu took 57th in the scoring with her time of 25:35.7. Shaneal Clarke-Giddings timed in at 28:51.5,
Nehlia Mills finished in 30:49.1 and
Chrissani May clocked in at 31:27.7.Â
Nattesha Palmer represented the Blue Tigers with a time of 31:51.1.
Shevanae Thomas, meanwhile, closed out Lincoln's performance with a time of 35:00.8.
Lincoln will wrap up the regular season on Saturday, Oct. 7 at the Brian Simpson Invitational, hosted by the University of Missouri-St. Louis in Columbia, Mo. at 10:00 a.m. CDT.
