JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - The Lincoln men's golf team plays in its third tournament of 2022-23 this week, as LU travels to St. Joseph, Mo. to play in the Holiday Inn Express Invitational, hosted by Missouri Western State University at St. Joseph Country Club on Monday and Tuesday (Oct. 10-11).

The Blue Tigers took 10th in their last tournament, the Washburn Invitational (Oct. 3-4), as Remon Rabie fired a three-round 225 to tie for 17th overall. Rabie carded a one-over 72 in the second round after opening with a 74. Rabie began the season with a 227 at the NSU Classic (Sept. 19-20), as he turned in scores of 79, 73 and 75 to once again lead the Blue Tigers.

Darshan Gunasegar finished the Washburn Invitational with back-to-back scores of 74 to finish second among the Blue Tigers with a 230, good for 30th on the individual leaderboard. Gunasegar also closed the NSU Classic with a season-low 73. Dedrick Harris II, meanwhile, shot a 74 in both the first and third rounds of the NSU Classic for an overall total of 233.

Hunter Ramirez opened the NSU Classic with a 74 and has shot a 78 in three of LU's six rounds in 2022-23. Austin Shoemaker has also represented Lincoln in both of its first two tournaments, posting a season-low 79 in the first round of the Washburn Invitational.
