JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - The Lincoln men's and women's golf teams are asking for support to help the Blue Tigers have a successful season.

Fans can visit this link to pledge support. Every dollar raised will go towards purchasing new gear, off-setting travel costs and allowing the Blue Tigers to participate in competitive tournaments as Lincoln works towards building a championship program.

The Lincoln women's golf team opens its season next Monday and Tuesday (Sept. 7-8) at the UIndy Fall Invitational, hosted by the University of Indianapolis in Henryville, Ind. at Champions Pointe Golf Club. The LU men's golf team will begins its season on Sept. 14-15 at the Magicians on the Green Invitational, hosted by LeMoyne-Owen in Memphis, Tenn. at The Links at Pine Hill.
