THE TIP OFF:  The Lincoln men's basketball team is back in Jefferson City to host a pair of GLVC opponents in Jason Gym this week. On Thursday (Feb. 5), the Blue Tigers host their annual Think Pink game, with coaches and players wearing pink to promote awareness of breast cancer and prevention methods. Fans are invited to join the Blue Tigers in wearing pink on Thursday night, and LU students will receive free t-shirts while supplies last. The shirts will start being passed out before the start of the Lincoln women's basketball game. On Thursday, the Blue Tigers host Lewis at 7:30 p.m. CST. On Saturday (Feb. 7), Lincoln returns to Jason Gym to play host to Upper Iowa at 3:00 p.m. CST. These are both rematches of games from earlier in the season.
 
FAST BREAKS
- On Thursday, Lincoln and Lewis will play against each other for the sixth time. The Blue Tigers leads the series, 3-2.
 
- Lincoln went 3-0 against the Flyers last season, but, on Dec. 6, Lewis won in Illinois, 56-47.
 
- The Blue Tigers and the Peacocks meet for the sixth time on Saturday afternoon. Lincoln leads the series, 3-2.
 
- The teams last faced each other on Dec. 4 in Iowa, with Upper Iowa earning a 76-62 win over the Blue Tigers.
