JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - The Lincoln women's soccer team played its first-ever home conference match on Friday evening (Sept. 20), but ended up on the wrong side of a 9-0 decision against Drury.
Michelle Granja made 16 saves and
Ivanna Faria had a shot on goal.
Leila Byru and
Grace Larson also had shots on goal.
Drury improves to 4-0-2 overall and 2-0 in GLVC play with the win. Lincoln, meanwhile, falls to 4-2 on the season 0-2 in league play.
Lincoln heads to Bolivar, Mo. on Sunday (Sept. 22) to play Southwest Baptist in a 12:00 p.m. CDT contest.
