KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Four members of the Lincoln women's golf team and three from the LU men's golf program were named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll, the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association announced on Friday (May 12). To qualify for the MIAA Academic Honor Roll, a student-athletes must have completed at least two semesters at a member institution and possess a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
Earning the honor from the women's team are
Elliott Hull,
Marsya Nazri,
Nyah Singh and
Maria Villamil. Hull is a sophomore business administration major from Jefferson City, Mo. Nazri Singh are each junior wellness majors, with Nazri hailing from Selangor, Malaysia and Singh hailing from Nassau, Bahamas. Villamil, meanwhile, is a sophomore psychology major from Bogota, Colombia.
The honorees from the men's team include junior Darshan Gunasegar and sophomores Remon Rabie and Dedrick Harris II. Gunasegar, a wellness major, is from Selangor, Malaysia. Rabie is a marketing major from Pretoria, South Africa, and Harris is a business administration major from Chesterfield, Mo.
