Final Results
JOPLIN, Mo. - The Lincoln women's golf team finished in ninth out of 11 teams at the 2023 MIAA Championship, hosted at Eagle Creek Golf Club from Monday through Wednesday (April 24-26).

The Blue Tigers were led by Kaathi Gunasegar, who finished the three-round tournament tied for 15th with a total of 239. Gunasegar shot a 79 during the final round after opening with a 78 and carding an 82 during the second round.

Saikati Gikonyo totaled a 256, shooting scores of 84, 89 and 83. Nyah Singh, meanwhile, shot and 83 in the final round to go with scores of 90 and 84 for a final of 257.

Maria Villamil shot a 260 for the championship, tallying scores of 84, 92 and 84. Marsya Nazri closed out Lincoln with a three-round sum of 267, as she carded scores of 92, 83 and 92.
