JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - The Lincoln softball team wraps up its 2023 home slate on Wednesday (April 26) with a double-header against Southwest Baptist. The non-conference twinbill, which will be played at LU Softball Field, is scheduled to begin at 2:00 p.m. CDT.
The Blue Tigers are led in the circle by
Jordan Galliher, who has four wins and 47 strikeouts in 90.0 innings of work.
Ashton Stalling and
Joss Marriott also have wins, with Stalling also owning a save, and the pair of combined to strike out 53 opposing batters.
Maddie Welker has also made 17 appearances in the circle this season.
Leslie Callahan, a .313 batter, is leading the Blue Tigers in most offensive categories, including hits (35), doubles (eight), triples (two), on-base percentage (.371) and runs scored (16).
Emma Rakes has scored 13 runs on 19 hits while
Leah Wagner (26 hits, 10 RBI) and
Myah Dwyer (21 hits) each have six doubles and 11 runs on the year.
Madison Garcia owns Lincoln's second-best batting average of .302, and
Maris Ollison has 25 hits and a team-high 15 RBI.
Qwynn Marquez has tallied 21 hits this season, and
Emily Williams is next with 18, while
Jacqueline Marquez and Stalling have 12 hits and 10 hits, respectively.
Kennedy Schanuth has five RBI while
Katie Blair has two hits, including a double.
Hailey Dudenhoeffer hit a double during LU's last double-header.
