Final Results
MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Nyah Singh posted a three-round total of 246 to lead the Lincoln women's golf team to a sixth-place finish at the Buccaneer Spring Invitational, hosted by Christian Brothers University at Irene Golf & Country Club on Monday and Tuesday (March 6-7).

After carding in 88 in the opening round, Singh responded with a 79 in each of the final two sets of 18 holes to tie for 16th overall. Kaathi Gunasegar had Lincoln's next-lowest score of 252, as she had a second-round 86 bookended by a pair of 83 totals. Gunasegar tied for 23rd on the individual leaderboard.

Marsya Nazri finished one shot behind Gunasegar, totaling a 253 to take 28th overall. Nazri carded an 82 in each of the first two rounds and an 89 in the third. Maria Villamil came in 31st, meanwhile, after posting scores of 88, 93 and 81 for a final sum of 262.

Rounding out the team performance for LU was Saikati Gikonyo, who placed 32nd with a total of 264. Gikonyo improved her total in each of the three rounds, as shot a 92 in the opener, an 87 in the second and an 85 in the third. Elliott Hull also played as an individual, tying for 33rd with a score of 269 after carding totals of 199, 84 and 85.

Up next for Lincoln is the 8th Annual Hillcat Classic, hosted by Rogers State University at Bailey Ranch Golf Club in Owasso, Okla. next Monday and Tuesday (March 13-14).
