MEMPHIS, Tenn. - The Lincoln women's golf team shot a 341 to finish the first round of the Buccaneer Spring Classic, hosted by Christian Brothers University at Irene Golf Club on Monday (March 6), in sixth place.

Marsya Nazri is in a tie for 13th with an 82, while Kaathi Gunasegar is just outside of the top-20, placing in 21st with a first-round score of 83. Maria Villamil and Nyah Singh each shot an 88 and Saikati Gikonyo carded a 92. Elliott Hull, playing as an individual, rounded out the Blue Tigers' performance with a 100.

Lincoln will close out play in the Buccaneer Spring Classic with second round action on Tuesday (March 7).
