COLUMBIA, Mo. - The Lincoln men's golf team is in fifth place after the first day of the two-round Cougar Classic, hosted at Columbia Country Club by Columbia College on Monday (Oct. 2).

Henry Mwanza and Remon Rabie are tied for eighth overall as each player shot a 75 during the opening round. Blake Meredith is in 23rd with a 77, and Dedrick Harris II is in a tie for 31st after carding a 78. Austin Shoemaker rounded out Lincoln with an 80, placing him in 40th overall.

The Blue Tigers will finish play in the Cougar Classic on Tuesday (Oct. 3).
