Day One Results
MUSKOGEE, Okla. - Hunter Ramirez and Remon Rabie each shot a 152 to lead the Lincoln men's golf team on the first day of the 24th Annual NSU Classic on Monday (Sept. 19). Lincoln is in 17th after the first two rounds of the three-round tourney, hosted by Northeastern State University at Muskogee Country Club.

Ramirez opened the tournament with a 74 before shooting a 78 in the afternoon session. Rabie led the Blue Tigers with a 73 in the second round, and carded a 79 in the opening set of 18 holes. Both players are tied for 71st overall.

Dedrick Harris II also shot a 74 in the first round, and carded an 85 in the second to end the day with a total of 159. Darshan Gunasegar carded scores of 84 and 80 for a first day sum of 164, while Austin Shoemaker rounded out LU with a total of 166 after shooting an 83 in each round.

The Blue Tigers will close play in the NSU Classic, their first tournament of the 2022-23 season, with the third and final round on Tuesday (Sept. 20).
