WARRENSBURG, Mo. - Darshan Gunasegar shot a three-round 225 to lead the Lincoln men's golf team to a 20th-place finish at The Mule, hosted at Mules National Golf Club by the University of Central Missouri on Monday and Tuesday (April 4-5).

Gunasegar closed the tournament with scores of 72 and 71 after shooting an 82 in the opening round. He finished five strokes ahead of Brett Trowbridge, who ended the two-day, three-round tournament with a 230. Trowbridge carded a 78 in each of the first and third rounds while firing a 74 in the second.

Remon Rabie was next for Lincoln with a 234, as he put together scores of 79, 77 and 78. Hunter Ramirez closed the scoring for LU with a 235, as he opened the tournament with a 73 before shooting totals of 80 and 82 in the final two rounds. Dedrick Harris II also represented the Blue Tigers at The Mule, shooting scores of 88, 76 and 85 for a three-round total of 249.

Up next for Lincoln is the 2022 MIAA Championship, which will be played at WinterStone Golf Course in Independence, Mo. on April 18-20.
