Final Results
NEWTON, Kan. - The Lincoln women's golf team posted a three-day total of 1,056 to finish the 2022 MIAA Championship, played at Sand Creek Station Golf Course from Thursday through Saturday (April 21-23), in 11th-place.

Marsya Nazri and Nyah Singh tied for the team-lead, as each player shot three-round scores of 261. Nazri opened the tourney with an 85, and carded an 88 in each of the final two rounds. Singh, meanwhile, shot an 88 in each of the first and third rounds, and posted an 85 in the second round.

Saikati Gikonyo carded a 265, shooting scores of 86, 88 and 91. Maria Villamil, meanwhile, posted scores of 90, 87 and 97 to finish with a total of 274, and Elliott Hull recorded a 276 after shooting rounds of 85, 93 and 98.

The Blue Tigers will close the 2021-22 season at the PGA WORKS Championship, which will be played in Philadelphia, Pa. from May 2-4.
