ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - The Lincoln men's golf team is once again among the top-10 in a tournament field, as the Blue Tigers finished the first two rounds of the Holiday Inn Express Classic in ninth place on Monday (Oct. 10). Lincoln has a team score of 613 at the three-round tournament, hosted by Missouri Western State University at St. Joseph Country Club.
Remon Rabie and
Hunter Ramirez lead LU with a totals of 151, with both players tied for 35th on the individual leaderboard. Rabie carded a 77 in the first round and a 74 in the second. Ramirez, meanwhile, posted a 74 in the opening round and a 77 in the second.
Darshan Gunasegar is tied for 42nd with a sum of 154 after firing a 76 in the first round and a 78 in the second.
Dedrick Harris II posted scores of 80 and 77 to finish the day with a total of 157, while
Austin Shoemaker rounded out Lincoln on Monday with a score of 163 with round totals of 82 and 81.
Lincoln will close play in the Holiday Inn Express Classic on Tuesday (Oct. 11).
