JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - Lincoln women's golf coach Randy Bickel announced that Maria Quintero has signed a National Letter of Intent to join the Blue Tigers as a freshman with four years of eligibility beginning in 2021-22.

Quintero, a 5-3 junior from Conjunto Bosque De La, Colombia, is currently ranked 53rd in the junior division of the Colombia Golf Amateur rankings. Among her accomplishments are seven top-15 placings in Colombia interclub tournaments. She's twice finished in 10th, placed 11th on two occasions, ended in 14th twice, and has one 15th-place result.

A senior at Colegio Internacional SEK in Bogota, Colombia, Quintero is scheduled to graduate this upcoming June.
