KEARNEY, Neb. - Three of the Lincoln women's basketball team's five starters scored in double figures, but Nebraska Kearney handed the Blue Tigers a 72-59 loss on Saturday (Feb. 14).
Zhanesha Dickerson led the Blue Tigers with 22 points and grabbed nine rebounds to go with three blocks and a steal. 
Bre Coleman doubled up, tallying 17 points and 12 boards as well as three blocks and a pair of assists. 
Kaloni Pryear, meanwhile, finished with 15 points and five rebounds.
Nebraska Kearney (14-9, 7-7 MIAA) held Lincoln (10-13, 2-12 MIAA) to just four points in the opening quarter and limited LU to .323 shooting for the contest. The Blue Tigers blocked seven shots on the evening and held the Lopers to .393 shooting from the floor, though UNK did shoot .417 from long distance.
Alecia Gulledge had Lincoln's other block and provided six rebounds and three assists, and 
Kiara Shoulders contributed a pair of steals and two boards. 
Tempary Gunter added three rebounds, and 
Zoi Thompson came off the bench to tally five points and three assists.
Lincoln will play its final road game of 2018-19 on Saturday (Feb. 16) as LU travels to Hays, Kan. to take on Fort Hays State in a 2:00 p.m. CST contest.
