DANVILLE, Ark. - Samantha Van Dort shot a two-round 173 to lead the Lincoln women's golf team at the ATU Invitational on Monday and Tuesday (Oct. 21-22). The tournament, hosted by Arkansas Tech University at Chamberlyne Country Club, is the final one on LU's 2019 fall schedule.

Van Dort shot an 89 in the opening round before carding an 84 on the second day to end the tourney in a tie for 57th. Lexi Waters was next for LU, tying for 72nd with a two-round total of 193. Waters opened the tournament with a 99 and shot a 94 on Tuesday.

Madison Oliver shot a 101 in the opening round and a 96 in the second to end the ATU Invitational in 75th with a sum of 197. Emalee Bennett, meanwhile, rounded out the Blue Tigers with a 227, good for 78th, after carding scores of 112 and 115.
