JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - The Lincoln men's golf team will host the Blue Tiger Invitational, Presented by Aflac, at Jefferson City Country Club next Monday and Tuesday (Oct. 14-15).

The Blue Tiger Invitational will be the third tournament for LU in 2019-20, following the Watkins Invitational, the MSSU Fall Invite and the MWSU Holiday Inn Express Classic. Gabe Trowbridge led Lincoln at the first tournament, as he finished 20th overall at the Watkins Invitational with a four-over par score of 148. Gabe Trowbridge carded a 74 in each round of that tourney, and later fired back-to-back scores of 79 at the MSSU Fall Invite for a final sum of 158.

Brayden Watts was LU's leader in the MSSU Fall Invite, as he shot scores of 77 and 80 and for a final score of 157. Watts again led Lincoln at the Holiday Inn Express Classic, sandwiching a second round 73 with a 79 and a 78 for a sum of 230. Brett Trowbridge, meanwhile, represented LU at the Watkins Invitational, tying for 63rd with a 159.

Jordan Barnett had Lincoln's second-lowest sum of 154 at the season-opening tournament, and later shot a 168 while playing as an individual at the MSSU Fall Invite before carding a 232 at the Holiday Inn Express Classic. Logan Taylor and Carson Doerhoff have also represented Lincoln this season, with Taylor shooting a 162 at the MSSU Fall Invite, and Doerhoff firing a 163 at the Watkins Invitational.

The newest Blue Tiger, Austin Siebeneck, made his LU debut at the MWSU Holiday Inn Express Classic, where he carded a 249 with rounds of 87, 79 and 83.
