Kiki Glass

Kiki Glass enters her fourth season as the Lincoln women's basketball team's assistant coach in 2019-20.

Glass helped Lincoln to its best start in program history in 2018-19, as the Blue Tigers won their first seven games and nine of their first 11 contests. Glass worked with Zhanesha Dickerson, who finished second in the MIAA in both scoring (16.8 ppg.) and rebounding (8.3 rpg.) en route to being named an all-league honorable mention.

In her first year with the program, Glass helped lead a rebuilding LU squad into postseason contention, as the Blue Tigers just missed the conference tournament on the final day of the season. Lincoln swept Lindenwood, a team that ultimately advanced to the MIAA Semifinals, that season. The Blue Tigers continued their progression in 2017-18, as LU improved in many defensive statistical categories.

Glass spent five seasons as an assistant coach at USC Upstate, helping to recruit nine players for the Spartans' first season at the NCAA Division I level in 2007-08. Glass worked primarily with the guards and developed several players who helped quickly turn USC Upstate into a winning program, including Atlantic Sun Freshman of the Year Tee'Ara Copney and Atlantic Sun scoring champion Courtney Hawkins. Her work as both a coach and a recruiter helped the Spartans increase their win total each season, from five wins in its first year as a DI program to 20 in 2009-10.

Following the 2009-10 season, Glass left USC Upstate to coach with her mentor, Kathy Washington, at basketball programs at Therrell High and Grady High in Atlanta, Ga. Glass helped manage all aspects of both programs until Washington retired earlier this spring.

Prior to joining the coaching staff at USC Upstate, Glass spent four years playing at NCAA Division I Western Carolina, leading the school to its first-ever berth in the Southern Conference championship game in 2003-04. As a sophomore in 2002-03, Glass helped the Catamounts win a season-record 21 games, and during her freshman season she made the Southern Conference All-Freshman team. During her senior campaign in 2004-05, Glass averaged a team-high 3.2 assists as she led Western Carolina to 18 victories and a trip to the NCAA Division I Women's Basketball Championship tournament.

Glass also enjoyed a stellar high school career, earning all-conference and all-state honors at North Atlanta High. Glass was also named the Atlanta All-City Player of the Year twice and the North Georgia Player of the Year as a junior. During that junior season, Glass led North Atlanta High to the 3A State Championship. Glass was also a two-time Street & Smith All-American honorable mention and, in 2001, led her AAU team to a runner-up finish at the AA National Championships.

Glass graduated from Western Carolina in 2005 with a bachelor of science degree in accounting and marketing.
