DeClue joins his third team after making stops at both St. Edward’s and Penn Valley Community College… Last season at St. Edward’s he did not play… While at Penn Valley, he averaged 11.2 ppg, 4.8 apg, 2.9 rpg, 2.7 spg and shot 30 percent from three-point during the 2008-09 season… Team went 28-5 and were ranked in the top-five all season… Were Region 16 Champions and District 10 runner-up… Two-time All-Region 16, Region 16 Player of the Year (NJCAA), National Junior College first-team All-American, National Association of Basketball Coaches All-American, team captain, Best Small Man Around National Tournament (led the tournament in scoring in 2008 with over 19 points per game) and also named the MCC Athlete of the Year in 2007-08-09… Inducted into the Penn Valley Athletic Hall of Fame… Son of Frank and Gladys DeClue and has eight siblings (six brothers, two sisters)… Has yet to declare a major.
