Jon Francis joined the Lincoln men's basketball program as a graduate assistant coach in the summer of 2024 and is in his first season with the program.
Francis was a student assistant coach at Harding University from 2020-24 and worked with five players who earned All-Great American Conference recognition. Francis helped coach one player who earned All-American distinction and four players who signed professional contracts with international programs.Â
As a part of Harding's coaching staff, Francis assisted in on-campus recruiting and opponent scouting and oversaw the program's managers. Francis also helped coordinate team travel and manage the program's equipment.
Francis additionally has experience as an instructor at men's and women's basketball camps at Harding and the Bill Self Basketball Summer Camp at the University of Kansas.
