Jessie Dove is in his first season as the run game coordinator and offensive line coach for the Lincoln football team after joining the program in 2024.
Dove has eight years of coaching experience. Most of that is in the high school ranks, with Dove most recently spending two seasons as the offensive line coach at Archbishop McCarthy High in Florida. Dove helped the program post an undefeated season and average 284 rushing yards per game. In 2023, the offensive line allowed just two sacks all year.
In 2021, Dove helped Cypress Bay High achieve its first winning season in 10 years while serving as the tight ends and H-backs coach. Dove also was the offensive line coach and run game coordinator at Coral Gables High from 2019-2020.
Dove earned a bachelor's degree in cultural change and social development with a minor in communication from North Carolina A&T in 2016.
