Stokes remains in the state to play his collegiate ball after competing at Joplin High School… Had an impressive senior season, averaging 14.8 ppg, made 141-of-313 field goals, went 70-of-173 from behind the arc, 6 rpg, 2.1 apg, and 25 steals… Named a two-time All-Area, All-Ozark Conference and Academic All-Conference teams, while being named to the Ralph Miller All-Tournament Team three times and was a two-year captain… Son of Donna Stokes and has one sibling, Daniel (15)… Has yet to declare a major.
