Drew White Named Head Strength & Conditioning Coach

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – Drew White, a former MIAA football player with two years of NCAA Division I experience, has been named as the head strength & conditioning coach at Lincoln beginning with the 2021-22 school year.

"Drew is a guy who earned my respect during my stint at FAMU," said Kevin Wilson, Vice President for Athletics, Advancement and Campus Recreation. "Regardless of the sport, student-athletes were excited about going to work and getting better with Drew. He understands what it takes to compete in this conference, being a former MIAA student-athlete, and how to maximize the resources around him. I expect our student-athlete performance to make great strides under his leadership."

White is no stranger to the MIAA, as he graduated with a bachelor of science degree in human performance from Emporia State University in 2018. White played football for the Hornets following a two-year career at the junior college level. While working towards his degree, White interned at the University of Colorado, assisting the strength & conditioning staff with the Buffalo football program.

After graduating from ESU, White began an internship at Mississippi State University, again working with NCAA Division I football athletes. Most recently, White worked as an assistant strength & conditioning coach at Florida A&M University, where he worked with the university's football, track & field, volleyball, softball and men's golf teams.
