Niyah Jackson and
Ashtin Ingram were the leading scorers for the Lincoln women's basketball team as the Blue Tigers played an exhibition game at NCAA Division I Missouri State on Monday night (Dec. 7). The Blue Tigers forced 11 turnovers, but the Bears ended up winning, 100-38.
Ramos came off the bench to lead LU with nine points, and Ingram finished with eight points and a team-high six rebounds. Ingram and
Kiara Cadore each blocked a shot, with Cadore tallying three points and four boards. Jackson, meanwhile, added eight points, an assist, a steal and four rebounds to the Lincoln cause.
Vivian Chigbu also had four rebounds, and
Aliyah Bello finished with five points and four boards.
AJ Bradley led the Blue Tigers with two steals and contributed two points and a pair of rebounds.
Haylie Holloway pulled down four rebounds and notched a steal, while
Virja Lewis closed the scoring with three points, an assist, a steal and five boards.
Lincoln returns to action on Thursday (Dec. 10), as the Blue Tigers host Pittsburg State at 5:30 p.m. CST.
