SPRINGFIELD, Mo. - A pair of big third innings helped Drury sweep a double-header against the Lincoln softball team on Tuesday afternoon (April 10). The Panthers beat the Blue Tigers in game one, 8-1, and took the second contest, 6-0.

A fielder's choice allowed Lincoln (5-33) to get on the board in the fifth inning, but the Panthers ended the scoring with three more runs in the bottom half of the frame.

Chelsey Kerr scored the run for LU after reaching on a base hit, while Andrea Wanta drove her to third with a single. Tori Nienhueser also had a hit for the Blue Tigers while Mykenzie Livesay was credited with the RBI.
