JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - Central Missouri scored in every inning except the second to hand the Lincoln baseball team a 19-0 loss on Saturday (April 2).

Lincoln's best opportunity for a run came in the bottom of the first, as Dillon Walker led the game off with a double. Mason Price was hit by a pitch, and Laban Petzoldt was issued a walk, loading the bases, but Central Missouri forced a strikeout to end the inning. Davis and Mike Million also had hits for LU.

Cody Stegemann started the game on the mound and struck out two UCM batters while Dylan Wood notched a strikeout in a closing role. Davis led the defense with 10 putouts. Zach Anderson added four assists and Nick Lovell and Dylan Koehler each recorded two.

The Blue Tigers will host Central Missouri on Sunday (April 3) to close out the season series with a 1:00 p.m. CDT contest.
