Clifford set or tied meet records at the Findlay Division II Team Challenge in both the 60m and 200m. The junior from St. Lucia, West Indies raced to first in the 60m with a time of 6.80 to tie a pair of former athletes in the same event for their top marks at Findlay. He added to that a time of 21.49 in the 200m to not only win the event, but set the meet record time in the process. His time in the 200 is the third-best mark so far in Division II.
