Final Results
AXTELL, Neb. - The Lincoln women's golf team placed 12th at the MIAA Fall Preview on Wednesday afternoon (Sept. 25). The two-day, two-round tournament featured all of the league's women's golf programs and was hosted by the University of Nebraska at Kearney at Awarii Dunes Golf Course.

Samantha Van Dort led the Blue Tigers with a two-round sum of 168 after shooting an 84 in each round. Lexi Waters, meanwhile, carded a 94 in the opening round on Tuesday (Sept. 24), but shaved nine strokes off that total to finish Wednesday with an 85 for a final score of 179.

Madison Oliver finished third among the Blue Tigers with a total score of 188 after shooting a 93 in the first round and a 95 in the second. Emalee Bennett closed out the squad with a 237 after shooting scores of 124 and 113.

Lincoln will be back in action in less than a week, as the Blue Tigers travel to Edmond, Okla. to play in the UCO Invitational, hosted by the University of Central Oklahoma at Edmond Golf Club on Monday and Tuesday (Sept. 30-Oct. 1).
